Giving better context to data points

Problem Statement

The drill-in feature allows users to dig deeper on data points. Currently users are unable to gain insights on these data points without losing their place, and have a hard time finding relevant information to understand why a data point exists.

Solution & Methodology

Began the project by gathering user needs & conducting my own research. Understanding the user’s JTBD, I then created a workflow for the two primary use cases. The JTBD and workflows informed the features and functions which were used to develop wireframes and prototypes.
